「in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible...

「Quite literally in the middle of everything Time Square! You can't beat this property... from the great restaurant, the location, the VIEWS! Stellar. We traveled with our children and this was the perfect location for us. We will be back. 」

「The rooftop bar is truly the star of this NYC hotel. The view is absolutely incredible. I enjoyed the lobby area although when we first arrived the sofa was dirty but it was later cleaned. The rooms were clean and efficient. Overall it is a unique and comfortable place to stay for a few days. 」

「We had a fabulous time. The experience was awesome. There’s nothing I could say negative about the facility except for the seventh floor, bartender and young lady never came back to ask us if we wanted anything. How was our drinks? How was our food at the end of night tapped out my intentions, was not to leave her a tip she tipped herself a $10 tip that wasn’t cool with me or That wasn’t my intentions to give her a tip, but it’s OK. She felt like she needed that by all means help yourself to...
