The guide deserves 5/5 starts for her deep knowledge of everything she talked about. I'm not usually peculiar about history but the guide shared it in such an interesting way that I was very keen on learning about things. She brought the places and items to life. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the time management was a bit tedious. There wasn't enough time given for lunch or photos - lot of rush. Skipping/gulping down lunch was a bit problematic since we weren't allowed to have any edibles inside the bus. If that was allowed, it would have been perfect so we could just bring over something and use the travel-time for a more peaceful meal. Other than that, as far as the service is concerned, it was top-notch. The tour guide and the transport - everything was very good and I would definitely recommend them!

Boarding a comfortable clean bus on time at a clearly signed meeting point. Driver gave clear message outlining the protocols for behaviour on bus. Guide Christopher introduced himself and outlined the program for the day. Although the full trip was 7.5 hours in duration there was great variety and plenty of rest stops. Christopher was amazingly relaxed and informative. The visits were great.

Very much enjoyed the variety and pace of this tour and cruise. Everything and everywhere was packed with interest. Elena was an excellent guide and supplied interesting facts and a wonderful commentary on the coach and at the locations. Between Elena and Victor the driver the tour went smoothly and timely. The Fjord cruise was a lovely and relaxing way to spend the last hour and a half.
