As drivers, Usman and his trainee were very communicative and helpful - they customized the trip to our liking, so that we were able to see everything we wanted. They were able to provide both location and food recommendations. They also made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole trip. They were definitely more drivers than guides, but this experience/listing explicitly states that.

Usman was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited. We went to the Oshino Hakkai village with lovely old wooden houses and water ponds. Next we went to the Kitaguchi Jinja shrine with beautiful old trees and water purifier with volcanic lava from Mt. Fuji. Next we went to Lake Kawaguchi-ko and and had fun paddling in the swan paddle boats! Afterward, we went to a Pakistani restaurant called The Spice Hut. Lastly, we went to Oishi park with a spectacular view of Mt Fuji. Lake Saiko. Usman made sure we were comfortable and safe, and added many personal touches that made the trip perfect for us. He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel comfortable. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our tour. It was beyond expectations!

Driver’s attitude was not friendly. We were awaiting to pick up at our air bnb which address had been supplied to the tour operator. However the driver was awaiting at the different location. We called the office and told them we are ready to be picked up. The driver complained for calling office. The driver’s attitude to other cars were terrible. He was texting and driving all the way. Should have used other operators instead.

This tour was exceptional. Our tour guide Usman was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and took us to some fantastic sights around. He was very helpful and accomodating of us and had such a pleasant nature. The tour itself is definitely worth its money. Magnificent views and great insight into the history of Japan. We saw the Oshino hakkai village, Chureito pagoda 5 storied, Kitaguchi jinja shrine, Lake Kawaguchiko and much more. All of these were must sees and unforgettable experiences. Highly recommend this tour for those wishing to explore more of what Japan has to offer.
