What you can expect

The Sighnaghi-Bodbe tour is a full-day excursion from Tbilisi that takes you to two of the most popular tourist destinations in the Kakheti region of Georgia.

The first stop is Sighnaghi, a charming walled town that is known as the “City of Love.” The town is perched on a hilltop overlooking the Alazani Valley, and it offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. You will have time to explore the narrow streets, churches, and ramparts of Sighnaghi's Old Town.

The second stop is the Bodbe Monastery, which is located about 10 kilometres from Sighnaghi. The monastery is the burial place of St. Nino, the founder of Christianity in Georgia. You will have time to visit the church and grounds of the monastery.

The tour also includes an optional wine tasting at a local winery. This is a great way to experience the local wine culture and taste some of the delicious Georgian wines.
