Sainte-Helene Waterpark Holidays

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are really kind and the location is good, particularly if you plan to travel by train.

I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, loved the location and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean.

Our room was small, poorly ventilated, dark, and had scaffolding outside the window due to work that was not taking place.

The hotel is pretty tired. Some basic facilities were not working . I think they should have said the Air Con was broken. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. The shower head wasn’t functioning very well and WiFi was intermittent. Was a good location though and some of the staff were helpful.

Great place right where u want to stay in nice, across from park and entrance to old city. Can see how it might get very busy in peak season. Jr suite was very nice, we were upgraded to ocean view, note the balconies are tiny and basically unusable but pretty. The breakfast on the roof is superb, food and view. Walkable to everywhere, ubers are easy and inexpensive.
