Arriving at the Imperial Hotel is wonderful, coming up to the driveway and being immediately welcomed by the doorman, then entering the reception, which was beautiful with festive decorations. There are great facilities; good pool areas, a gym, dining etc. Our rooms were very comfortable with plenty of amenities. There are only a couple of things I noted, that the hotel could really do with a facelift as it is looking a bit tired, particularly the rooms and hallways. The staff were very slow to clear room service trays - there was one at a nearby room to us that lay all day and into the evening and the maids had been to clean rooms (obviously not their jobs to clear the trays but they perhaps could have communicated to the relevant team!) Nonetheless, we did have a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

Wow …. What an amazing place to stay. The service was exceptional !!!! The little touches outstanding ……. All while maintaining a unique quirky atmosphere. I have been lucky to travel a lot (including internationally) and I must say this has to be up there with the best ever!!!!. Room was amazing and bed was a cloud …. I can only say - stay there you won’t regret it. OUTSTANDING !!!!

It's in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants, Circular Quay, the Rocks and Martin Place.

The Four Seasons was in a fabulous location. We walked to Circular Quay to catch ferries and cruises, to the CBD for shopping and walking around the historic Rocks area to dine at the range of restaurants that were on offer. The serv I ce was top class, especially the concierge that hailed from our hometown. The only thing that surprised us was t g at breakfast wasnt included in the price.
