Good service and extremely friendly staffs

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Their commitment to exceeding our expectations consistently enhanced our experience, making our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast offerings, particularly the fresh fruits and vegetables, were delightful, and all the dishes were of outstanding quality. The hotel’s location, conveniently situated near Hoan Kiem Lake, facilitated our exploration of the area. Additionally, I had concerns about potential noise due to the central location; however, the hotel proved to be remarkably quiet. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Thanks to the attentive service from the staff, my family and I enjoyed a relaxing and memorable trip, returning home with wonderful memories. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality.

Annabelle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of many food establishments and shopping. The hotel can also arrange tours for you and can arrange transport to and from the airport

I stayed with my family for some nights during our Vietnam trip. The Hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can reach everything very easily by foot or by grab/taxi/scooter. The rooms vary depending on the type and are all good. The Receptionist and all the crew are amazingly kind, very helpful and welcoming. A particular mention is due to Elsa: she provided all the assistance one guest needs already before the check in, thank you very much! We would surely stay again in these hotel!

Good service and extremely friendly staffs

Beautiful property with many dining options and a beautiful roof-top bar. It is a little far from Hanoi Old Quarter, so grab is the way to go. Prices are pretty expensive compare to local prices, so be prepared to pay U.S. prices, but otherwise, amazing hotel.

The room is good, but the sound proof is a bit poor. Was waken up by noises in the corridor.

Mixed bag. Reception was excellent. Breakfast was poor (e.g.stale artificial creamer instead of milk.) Would not give my wife a key until I got back with the room key, so she had to sit in the dark. No hot water in the shower except mid-afternoon. Good location. Clean. Noisy fridge, lift and aircon. Doors did not fit the frames, so light came into the room at night. Good WiFi.

Staff is friendly and our room was very clean. I love the bidet!!!!
