"My flight landed 45minutes late, but the shuttle driver was kind to wait and we managed to find each other outside the arrivals terminal.One night stay, room was good, could use some washcloths in bathroom. "We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Guatemala and it always been excellent. In this visit the only thing that did not measure up was the house keeping. The room was not cleaned (all needed to be made was the bed) although we called to request the service. "
