When we got there, one of the owners tried to convince us that he can cancel Expedia bookings by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused! Not professional. The overall hotel condition inside is not good, furthermore the staff was not quite friendly - always accusing us of something, for example that the 6years kid is talking too loud at 11am. "We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didn’t mind, however worth noting if that’s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while it’s close to everything you need, it’s also private and quiet."
