「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」

「It was amazing stay with wonderful services from the check-in until depart. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The view from the window ( floor 23) was a relaxing panoramic view. The valet parking serves was free and very convenient. The welcoming coffee and sweet at reception was a k8nd of the Arabic generosity.」
