"We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff members were so professional and polite. Room was roomy and includes many nice touches that makes our stay comfortable and convenient. Onsen in the room and infinite onsen were both amazing. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. Love this hotel so much that we definitely want to stay here once again."
