"This was my first ryokan visit so take what I say with a grain of salt. First, the staff was very accommodating and nice. Their English was limited but they went out of their way to make sure we were welcome including coming to our room to show us how to set up our futon. Dinner was amazing with so many items. "普段2階はあまり使わないのか雨の翌日だったからか少しカビ臭かった。窓開けたらすぐ無くなりました。設備も広い風呂場も料理も言う事ないけど引き出しに入ってた部屋着を出したらホコリだらけだったのが残念。フロントに持って行ったけど帰り際にそこの一言が欲しかったなーと思った。 我が家はご飯大好きでしかも大食いなのでコースだけでは足りず、パンをおかわりしまくってたらシェフよりオイナリサンをプレゼントしていただき助かりました。 部屋から花火も見れて海の音、風、香りを感じられる素晴らしいホテルでした。また行きたいです。"

"We stayed here with elderly parents. It’s very close from the station and easy to find. The man (sorry I didn’t get his name) at check-in was extremely thorough in explaining everything and friendly yet professional. We had a private bath in our room, but mainly visited the main baths. I didn’t realize they had this “Radon onsen” which had many health benefits. The dinner was HUGE and amazing. The breakfast was just was good. The service was great, too. The coffee in the lobby was also great....
