"The room was newly renovated - spacious and clean. The exterior was being updated so the windows were taped over. We could not look outside. Staff was friendly. Someone had a little dog in their room that barked a lot. The doors were very loud. "

"This was a beautiful location on top of the hill in Yucca Valley. The view was great during the day and night. It was about 15 minutes to the Joshua Tree entrance and 10 minutes to Pioneer Town. The home was spacious with a large living room and back yard area. The master bedroom was massive and the other 3 rooms where of good size. The game room in the garage was fun with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. It would benefit with some decoration, a tv, and sound system. The TV room was awkward as the couch was far from the tv. The furniture and bedding was old and a little dirty. The home could use a deep clean. The toilets and showers had stains. There was a booger on the wall that I tried to scrap off but was dried solid. Some things felt like it has not been replaced in a few decades. Also, the front door entry lock was difficult to use. We saw a family of bobcats. And there was a dead mouse in the pool. "

"This was a spacious rental to host our family thanksgiving of 10 plus 2 dogs. Perfect sized game room wto run around outside. The kitchen needs more supplies aif you plan to cook for big parties. We didnt have a roast pan and no automatic coffeemaker. Otherwise, its fully stocoed with most items. Perfect location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Tith pool table, the dogs were able "

"This property is beautiful, spacious, clean, with comfortable beds you will have good night sleeps in. The pool and hot tub is the highlight of the property for its size, cleanliness, and the beautiful surrounding. Another highlight of this property is how the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need! Thank you so much Skip and Monica! I recommend closing the front wing of the round table in the kitchen as it is tilted and things slide off."

"The home had amazing views, it was able to accommodate 10 of my friends without issue. Some of us had to share a bed, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The inside of the home was also very nice and organized. A couple of days before the check in, I saw that the management team reached out to me via email to ask me to fill out a waiver for our stay. This place had an enormous list of rules, including an entire section about no smoking on the property, but to be expected. They then asked me to fill out a form of every person that is going to be there, ages included. They do not allow anyone under the age of 25 to stay there. After that, they asked me to complete an ID verification form that did not work, so I had to send them a picture of my ID along with a selfie of me holding my ID. I then had to send them all of the vehicle information of the vehicles that would be parking on the property, along with a copy of the insurance. Needless to say, this process was an extreme pain in the rear and was quite annoyed that this process wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The day we arrived, we went through the house to make sure everything was okay and found dozens of cigarette butts in the backyard. When we were getting ready to leave, we found a rat trap under the couch and a ton of rat poop under the couch. We had to throw out all of our food as a result. Won’t be staying here again."

As we soaked in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, a friendly cat joined us, adding a touch of whimsy to the night. The property itself is a visual masterpiece, with a unique pond out front and vibrant, color-changing lights that bring an enchanting atmosphere after dark—pictures simply don’t do it justice. This place exceeded every expectation, making our bucket-list birthday celebration even more memorable. The hosts were laid-back and unobtrusive, giving us the perfect blend of privacy and hospitality. It was an ideal spot for exploring the stunning Southwest and enjoying the peaceful beauty of the desert. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect stay! We would love to return sometime. There are so many things to do in the area!"
