Ideal para una escapada en pareja o viaje familiar. Cuentan con cocina comunitaria para preparar el desayuno, hay supermercado cruzando la calle aunque recomendamos surtir la despensa en Tulum, de camino del aeropuerto. 」

「Wir haben als Familie im Casa Gem BnB übernachtet und waren super zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin und Ihre Familie haben alles dafür getan, das wir uns wie Zuhause und wohl gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und war auch ausreichend. 「Actually my friend stayed here- it was peaceful and quiet. A beautiful piece of art had a fantastic breakfast every morning great Wi-Fi and TV with American channels. He didn’t have a refrigerator but he went to the market and bought a Styrofoam cooler and filled it with ice. The chef was great it’s very secure place And convenient location. 」

「Property was as advertised. Check in was easy, accomadations were clean and the food at their restaurant was great! Would definitely stay at Layla Guesthouse again.」

「We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!」

「The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
