"My stay was end of December and it snowed. It looked like a winter wonderland. The room was clean and the decor modern. The main entrance and check in area has a large sitting area, fireplace and a cute boutique filled with fun items. But really it’s the surrounding nature that was pristine. The walk to feather river was easy to find despite the deep snow. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you."

"Such a lovely place. The grounds are gorgeous. From the minute you check in you are made to feel at home. The lodge is gorgeous and open to all guests to enjoy food, games and a warm fire. Our room was huge and very private. We cannot speak highly enough about the manager Faith who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She’s a gem, just like the lodge itself. "

"Our stay this year went off without a hitch. I received a call the day before our arrival to be notified that the Fifty44 restaurant was closed and that the heat in our designated room was out so they were moving us to another room. I appreciated the heads up for sure. It was a bummer the restaurant was closed because it is one of our favorites and we eat at least 2 meals there during our stay but, hopefully next year we can enjoy it again. The pool and hot tub were working which was great! ...

"We stayed here to attend a birthday party weekend trip our friend was hosting for her birthday. My boyfriend and I stayed here and brought the dogs. Perfect location in relation to the springs and other hikes and water spots we managed to visit . Airbnb was clean . Simple . But all we needed the view was nice out of the back and from the front we were walking distance from the grocery store / gas station. "

"Walls were dirty. Didn’t seem like anyone cleaned the shower doors. Bed was hard and lumpy and uncomfortable. No AC so hot. I only stayed one night out of my 2 nights there. But there were not a lot of options."

"The girls in my family came to Graeagle for the Christmas tree lighting and shopping day. We arrived to the house decorated for the holidays, heater on, and super cozy. We cooked, puzzled, and laughed our way through the weekend and had a very pleasant time. Even had a cozy fire. We would recommend this amazing mountain house to everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience."

"Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too. "My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City). "The house was perfect for a few golf buddies looking to play the championship courses around Graeagle. The house is beautiful and communication with the host was stellar. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a five star home in the mountains. "
