We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great - quiet but still close to town. The rooms were huge, beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, etc. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house was clean and well kept. We would definitely rent this property again.

This house was a perfect fit for your annual girls weekend. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The huge dining table was a fave as we love to sit down together for dinner and also game night which is something we enjoy, Location was perfect. The hosts responded quickly to any questions and Mike did stop by to ask is everything was good. We will be back

Great house!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts were kind and communicative. The house is large, clean, and well equipped. There are two garages separating you from the other unit and noise was never an issue at all. Lots of parking and walking distance to the beach, shops and lots of places to eat or enjoy live music.

We had a fantastic time staying at this home. The location is prime, just minutes walk from town and the beach. The house was very well equipped and Mike and Pamela were always quick to respond and even accomodated an early check in and late check out. We had such a fun weekend and hope to be back again soon!

Fabulous House to Rent
You cannot go wrong by booking a house owned by Mike and Pam. We have stayed at their properties for 3 years and already booked our vacation at 52B for next year! The house and amenities are gorgeous. The owners are friendly and respond back to you very quickly. We had 3 generations of family (from 7 months to 74 years) and we all had a great time!

We have stayed at this cottage a couple of other times and obviously love it! It is beautifully decorated, has everything you need for a perfect vacation. This was the first time we have ever had an issue, the AC broke during a heat wave. Mike and Pam went above and beyond and responded within minutes of us notifying them. They had a service team down immediately assessing the issue as well as preparing and providing multi back up window ac units for all rooms. AC was replaced and they continued to monitor to be sure all was fine. Another reason we enjoy renting from them!

Prime Location & Plenty of Room
We spent just a couple of nights in York as part of a celebration of my parents' 50th anniversary, but we really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and roomy. We had 7 people that had plenty of room and more could have fit easily. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking meals and all the appliances feel new. The location is perfect for walking into town and it was easy to find with GPS. One day we walked from the house to Nubble Lighthouse, which was a great way to see the town. The checkout time is a little early compared with other places I've stayed, but we just adjusted our plans and did a little more sightseeing in Boston. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house for a group or large family.

The property was beautiful and perfectly located. We had everything we needed for day to day needs. Backyard was perfect for an afternoon bbq and nighttime fire. Neighborhood was peaceful and walking distance from some great little shops and the beach. Another fantastic & memorable stay was experienced by all who joined our annual family Christmas celebration at 52A-B Main Street. The indoor living quarters – spacious spotless and fully stocked – are complemented by the homes’ central location and lovely outdoor living spaces – allowing individuals or groups to easily walk to the Short Sands Beach/ playground or gather around the cozy backyard fire pit. Family Thanksgiving Retreat
Our family is spread out between Canada and the U.S. This was the perfect property for our group of 9. The location was amazing. We walked to the beach three times a day. It was our home away from home and very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this for family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are exactly how we found the house to be. We have rented many properties over the years and this house would be rated on top of our list. It was stocked with all supplies (paper towels, detergent, dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags) that you usually need to supply. The location was perfect for our fall vacation. We truly enjoyed the beauty of Maine. We even drove to Acadia National Park! The beach is a short walk from the house. The girls even fit in a stop at the close outlet mall in Kittery! We would definitely recommend renting this property.

We had a really great time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean and set up perfectly for a large group of people. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and linens and many amenities. We will look at staying here again in the future.
