My only complaint was that the WiFi was extremely spotty & often only available intermittently on the balcony. Overall tho, a great experience & would definitely go back."

"My wife and I booked Mimi Sands for a last minute anniversary weekend. The property location was excellent for walking around long sands, steps from the beach easy to get to excellent restaurants like Mimmo’s and Fox’s Lobster House (Best Clam chowder in the country!). The property was clean, parking easily identifiable with enough room for our SUV. Kristen is an excellent responsive and welcoming host. Great location for a couple looking to enjoy York Beach!"
