"Nice"

"Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed everyday, water bottles are also provided daily. Unfortunately one of the elevators is unattended during our stay, nonetheless our stay was always pleasant everytime"

"Walkable from Seoul Station via underground (exit 12), which is convenient particularly on a rainy day. Comfortable bed, strong-pressure-shower, and a great selection-breakfast spread, with friendly staff, too. This is now our go-to hotel in Seoul! "

"Good value for money. Right outside itaewon station which was fantastic. Nightclubs around the hotel goes on until 4am so only suitable for those who can sleep with music. Otherwise you will struggle to sleep. Otherwise great hotel"

"Location is good, very near the station. The room have no AC, lucky the stuff kind enough to lend me a fan for my staying. The wall make from wood board, so you can hear people chating and watching tv from other side. So sometime I woke up in the middle of night, because of the noise. The big problem is not the noise, is the bed bugs or something. The 1st two night wasnt that bad, because I didnt get biting much, so i didnt notice. Only the thrid night I start feeling my body is very itchy....

"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"Great hotel. Close to Seoul Station and theres a subway station outside the door. The room was spacious for one. Cute shower with a tub. There was no lockbox in the room, but then again S. Korea is safe. I'd come back. "
