We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. “A nice pleasant stay. Brilliant location right in the middle of central Nicosia. Place was a bit confusing to find from the road but after asking a passer by I found it ok. It’s inside the American College building 4th floor. Room itself was of good quality and find up to a fairly high standard. Bedding was really good and it had a big bathroom with a generous size shower too. Ideal for city break and close to amenities. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty.
