"My stay was amazing, the staff is exceptional, polite and very accommodating. The manager went beyond my expectations and was also there to help me with daily excursions, translations and even helped me purchase a speaker last minute and have it shipped to the hotel in time for my daughters water polo game. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We came here for a family holiday and loved this property. Beautiful Oceanview, Rooms are great and Breakfast Buffett wonderful. My only minor letdown was no regular exercise bike. Only an incumbent. It still gets 5 stars because everything else was splendid. "

" Want to say that this is most exceptional stay that that i have. Experienced in all my travels The Classic Luxury style and the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly befits the Ritz Carlton brand as seen In the photos , but it is the staff that have made my 8 day stay so memorable.Each mender of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the Club lounge team Hasnain , Stanley , Joy and Jess . They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where Also want to mentionThe Concierge team. Carter , Rachael and Robert for also providing and exceptional service that always went above and beyond there duty to help me with my requests Finally i would like to mention Zoey ( quality assurance manager ) who was always Joy to chat with and also. Made me feel welcomed Want to say thank you again for the wonderful experience during my stay in chengdu I highly recommend The Ritz - Carlton Chengdu to any person visiting Chengdu"
