"This is my third time there when I'm passing through Heathrow airport. It's very clean. The rooms are lovely. The restaurant is quite nice and the staff is always good. The Hoppa bus is wonderful."

"Very nice hotel set in wonderful grounds. Comfortable and clean with very modern facilities and bathrooms. Breakfast choices was very good and staff were very polite. The hotel is in a great location - about 15 minute walk into Weybridge town, but there are bus stops near the hotel. Uber taxi to Hampton Court Palace cost me around £16 but I could have used a 461 bus. All in all a fantastic 3 night break. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that they have a policy of adding a refundable £150 contingency charge to your credit/debit card - I didn’t appreciate that as it wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel - Naughty Naughty."

"Beginning to show it's age in some areas such as the carpet on the bridge leading up to the hotel entrance. Otherwise exceptional hotel. The best airport hotel for guests who are accustomed to best accommodations. We have stayed at this hotel more than 10 years during our travels and never been disappointed. "

"Beautiful hotel and we cannot wait to go back! The 5th time now we’ve stayed here and it’s been amazing every time, location is great for family days out to Legoland and other theme parks near by which is super convenient. Rooms are all very modern and we even had an upgrade to a Manor House suite on our last stay in November which we were blown away by! Food again is brilliant with something for everyone at breakfast time and evening meals are particularly special when the staff go the extra mile for a birthday or special occasion which is a really nice touch. We’ll be booking again this week and the kids are already excited. Thank you "

"Very friendly and helpful staff - both behind the main desk and in the corridor as I searched for my room (a very pleasant young woman directed me and waited to ensure I’d turned at the right place). A clean, quiet hotel with great views of the runway which is fascinating (I’m not a plane spotter but you can’t help but wonder at these huge machines taking off into the skies over and over again - or maybe that’s just me! Hotel is totally soundproofed and beautifully quiet. Definitely recommended. I’m glad I found you, Renaissance! "
