"Great apartment style accomodation option within easy walking distance from Kyoto station. Loft C comfortably accommodated 3 people. Good quality appliances. Netflix can be accessed via the room TV. Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door. "

"We stayed three nights over New Years Eve. While we didn't bring our dog we wished we had! The property has all kinds of amenities for pet owners like a washing srea and free treats. "Property was super convenient being so close to Nishiki markets so we really appreciated that. The room itself was also relatively spacious but is really showing its age. The carpet especially looked so stained and the room had a really bad stench to it that we had to spray quite a bit of air freshener. Also we stayed on the ground floor and could hear everything (even footsteps) from the room above us, so don’t expect a quiet stay if you get the ground floor room. "

"An amazing experience given the apartment had a private onsen, but the multiple rooms were amazing along with a decent sized fridge free washing machine and coffee machine.
