"I cannot say enough the good things about this property. First of all the price is very good. And it comes with free shuttle pickup from the train station. Free breakfast. Decent size of room. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Automatic check-in checkout machine. When we checked out to go to Gotemba premium outlet as the next step, I realized they have a free bus service to send us straight there. And we could have used the same free service when we came from Mishima train station which could saved more. Highly recommended."

"Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great view of Lake Kawaguchiko from the room. The food was very good. Great location to enjoy the lake, restaurants. Be prepared, the climb up to the hotel from the street is steep! "

"The room we got had a wonderful and direct view of Mt. Fuji. Their shared baths are nice and clean, they have both hot and cold tubs. They provide yukatas so that you can go to the baths or lounge in your room with! The outside gardens are so green and lush! They have a koi pond at the front of the hotel, they sell food for the fish so that you may feed them!"

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels and areas we have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind, helpful, and fun. The dinner included with our reservation was top tier and the outside gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We spent most of our time walking around enjoying the garden in between dinner and the onsen. We can not wait to visit here again. "

"Incredible facility and staff with stunning nature walks and views easily accessible nearby and from the hotel itself. Only drawback is that to get food at night, it’s a bit of a walk down dark streets to reach the restaurant-heavy area - but the hotel does also offer onsite dinner. Overall, wonderful stay and would book again!"

"A lovely hotel. Room was a great size for a family of four. Lots of lovely little extras available. My daughter loved the skin care products. Great views of Mount Fuji from the room and roof top terrace. Short walk to the lake. "
