Yamanashi Family Hotel

"Great stay! Wonderful facilities. We tried the room with two futons, they were not very thick so a bit uncomfortable, but part of the experience. The bar was a lot of fun, but it would be better if only for adults. Dinner is highly recommended! Each night something new and delicious. On the last night there was a bird trapped in the room vent. The flapping kept us up a bit at night. I mentioned it in the morning to the staff in hopes that they could get it out. I would have hoped to get a drink comped or something, but they just said thanks. Overall a good stay. "

"the rooms were clean, staff was really nice, efficient check in. super close to fuji q train stop & fujiq land. there is a bus stop near by as well. the onsen was clean and great views of mt fuji "

The in-room dinner experience was a highlight and the hotel was able to cater to our dietary needs in a creative and tasty way. I would return again in the future. "
