"Great stay! Wonderful facilities. We tried the room with two futons, they were not very thick so a bit uncomfortable, but part of the experience. The bar was a lot of fun, but it would be better if only for adults. Dinner is highly recommended! Each night something new and delicious. On the last night there was a bird trapped in the room vent. "This was probably the most amazing experience I have ever had! The highlight of my partner and I’s trip to Japan. The staff went above and beyond amazing, the food was the best I have probably ever eaten, and the private onsen and room were perfect. I cannot recommend this unique and perfect experience enough. I wish we booked another night and when we come back to Japan, I will prioritize staying again. Literally a perfect experience with amazing staff - thank you so much! "

"Beautiful venue, kind and attentive staff that are very welcoming and friendly. Easy to reserve the private onsen and very good amenities. The food was delicious but if you are a traveler with food allergies i would recommend confirming with the staff before and during your stay. They will accommodate your needs, however, we had to remind the staff of my partners food allergies a few times as the menu did not initially follow the food restrictions. "The whole experience was excellent. All the staff were attentive and available at all times. The amenities (especially the in-room hot spring) were excellent. "There were four friends staying for 3 nights in Japanese style rooms and restaurant. We soon learned that sitting on rice mats for 1.5 hour dinner wasn’t suited to our old Western bones so for remaking 2 days we ate Western table and chairs and asked for additional futons for bedding.
