"The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. A good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast was good with a variety of Chinese and western options. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from both the Bell and Drum towers and the main streets. I have marked this as 4* because the details clearly advertise a roof area and bar. While this was accessible there was nothing up there except a few bar stools. There was no bar and no other seating which was a real shame. "
