「Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting. A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer. We only had breakfast in the hotel but that was very good. Even options for vegan/lactose-free people and every day another small selection of things. 「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est propre, une femme de ménage nettoie les chambres et la douche et toilettes tous les jours. Une location de voitures est nécessaire si l’on veut vraiment découvrir toutes les régions de l’île, comme nous l’avons fait. 「All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying 」
