The house was great and very well stocked and very clean!
Unfortunately it realistically does not sleep 8 comfortabley. We actually had to ask where all people sleep after we booked. We will told there is a fold out couch (in the living room) but that is not ideal for a group of folks that might get up at different times of the day. we brought an air mattress for back up..
Being new to the area, there was no information on where to go for things, rentals, trash, where things are located (i.e) pool, beach etc... It would of been nice to have a map, welcome information or something with the house for the renters to use for things to do while you visit. We did get to go the pool one day, but was not told of the rules due to Covid, meaning we needed to bring chairs and food/beverages. We left after an hour.
Due to the beaches not being close - I was told by the property management that you can rent a golf cart or she thought we can.... They told me to call the Aspen Center, when calling them they had no idea and transferred me to the Pro Shop - Thank goodness they knew what to do - we had to call a completely non related company to have them delivered. Unfortunate that my property management company did not not know this or the staff at the Aspen Center.
At the end all of this would of been taken care of with better communication for people that are new to the area from Property Management group. We had 2 families that wanted to get away for a few days and paid the price due to the Covid. We just expected better customer service as a renter that paid a large amount of money for a 4 night stay.
