"The staff are the shining stars - they were efficient, helpful & just plan nice. I was in the older part of the hotel, but it had been updated. There was no elevator in that section , so if stairs are a problem best let them know in advance. The hotel is a nice walk to town centre..but it is a good 15minute walk. All in all a pleasant hotel"

"Very convenient for events at Olympia which is why we picked it. This was my second stay. Staff we very helpful and the location is good. The room was clean enough for a couple of days but could do with a good dusting. Bedding (and beds) need replacing and room needs TLC in places but you get what you pay for an no major issues. Wifi was fine for browsing (didn't try streaming), room had lovely aircon and a mini fridge which was very convenient. Room was also generally pretty quiet and...
