「This is a motel a little off the beaten path in Lunenburg. The rooms were clearly remodeled quite recently, very clean, with keypad entry which was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable, more so than the beds in the big hotel we stayed at in Haifax. Cleaning staff was available each morning. Check in done online, with an easy checkout. Will definitely stay there again.」

「So glad we ventured out of Halifax. The people in Lunenberg are very friendly. The buildings in Lunenberg are beautiful and old. Old buildings aleays have quirks. If you want perfect stay in the city for the rest of you, you will not regret staying in Lunenberg. For this property check in at the bar at the front. Very easy walk at the Ovens Park. Easy drive to get there.」

「This adorable little property is very nice. We were greeted by staff, checked in easily. The room was clean, the WIFI adequate for our needs, and amazingly, we had a small microwave, fridge and even a small dining table. Bathroom and showers were good. We didn’t try the TV. A nice porch to sit outside on and enjoy the ambiance. We will stay here again. 」

「We were all very pleased with the studio. Everything was neat and clean and actually bigger than we thought. We could have used more blankets as the night was very cod and the only other complaint we had was that sink was very small. We couldn’t even splash wash on our faces. I do understand though that space was at a premium when installing that. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you」

「We loved our stay at this lovely lakefront hideaway! The place was clean, comfortable, cute, and well-stocked. And the property was fantastic!!! Loved the views from all the windows and the nice deck. And it was a great pleasure to go down to the very private lakefront every day for relaxing sits, breakfast, and paddling the supplied kayaks. 「Cathy, the wonderful innkeeper, is devoted to her customers. She solved all our (minor) travel issues and offered great advice about what to see in the area. Her breakfasts were very good. The house is historic, so narrow steep stairs and small rooms might not be great for some but the charm is undeniable. Plenty of hot water, good WiFi, coffee, refrigerator and TV in our room were great. Wonderful location. We’d love to stay again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here. The owners have done a great job of making the space nice....great deck to relax on and kayaks to take out. House is quite small make the absolute most of their approximate 1000 sq. feet. We were comfy with four adults. Don't think it would be good for any more than that! Probably best for a small family. The town of Lunenburg is fantastic. Terrific place to explore. And great to come back to this cottage after a full day. (The local roads are really nice to stroll on...
