"Comfortable but tired property. Long haul walk up to the apartment after a days’ skiing. Needs scrubbing up to justify the price. Upgrading the $10 shower head would be a big plus . Bathroom amenities like washing products could be a bit more generous. Struggled to use streaming services due to provider blocks . Windows need a good clean. Everything else satisfactory ."

"The property is well located in a beautiful part of Victoria with easy access to ski resorts. But it looked like the property had been untenanted for a while as there were lots of spider webs - including on the kitchen shelves - and hair and dust under the cushion on the window seat. We noticed the dust and hair when we chased a spider under the cushion and lifted it, and found all the hair and dust there."

"Stayed in a newly renovated room . The bathroom is not renovated and I guess it was my major concern, as it needed a heater , better insulated windows. Somehow we lost a hot water in the morning . I had to shower in the nearby room , was extremely inconvenient in a cold weather . We like on-site restaurants and their stuff is very friendly! Wish a housekeeper would turn on a heater so when I check in - walk to the warm room , then a cold one . "

"The condition of this property was so bad that it didn't even meet the base line for paid accommodation. The couch was broken and unusable. There was mould around the windows and they haven't been cleaned in years. The toilet was filthy. The kitchenet did not even have a power point to run the useless hotplate that was provided. The fridge was broken, The mattress have loose springs..and on it goes. This place was so bad that I'm going to lodge a chargeback on my credit card as the facility did...

"Overall my experience was great and fabulous. The lady she come in person at late to give us keys for check in as she left already outside in box but she came and handover us. As far as property concerned was beautiful hygienic and well cleaned. Overall my stay was full of joy and peaceful."
