"The front desk staff last evening were lovely. They were patient with my children and incredibly helpful. The young man at the bistro this morning was particularly outstanding. He was personable, polite and helpful. He heated up my daughters muffin to make it even nicer for her. The room was clean and spacious. Our entire family enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything looked very clean. There was plenty of parking. It's an out of town location, i.e. it would be a long walk into the town from there, but if you're looking for a room in the area, then this hotel is a great choice. My daughter is at university in Kingston so we're likely going to be staying there repeatedly on visits."
