The apartment, which was erected in 1995, has an area of about 45 square meters and is on the top floor, the first floor. It consists to the garden, fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, spacious shower room / WC, bedroom with double bed, open bunk bed for 2 people (ideal for children) in the loft, which can be reached via a staircase in the living room of a cozy living room with balcony.
