Loved it

I loved mostly everything about this place, it was quiet and roomy. We had 8 people and it was very spacious, very clean. Loved that we could cook meals and not go out to eat the whole time. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the beds were rock hard but that was the least of any of my worries. It was so much fun.

Party Central!

This was the absolute worst resprt stay I have ever experienced. I had contacted guest services 5 times before anything was done about the noise level that continued for 9 hours!! The carpet in our room was so dirty that we all wore our shoes the entire time we were there. The couch and chair cushions were so worn down that they were flat and the mattresses in the guest room on the queen beds were so worn that they have sunken in the center. The staff was absolutely brain dead to the fact that the cashier at the restaurant couldnt make change for $1! Our total for two pizzas was $80.40, I gave her $81.00 in cash. She pulls out her phone calculator to figure out the change to give me and because her calculator on her phone read ".6", she thought she owed us ".06", which she gave us a nickle and a penny. Our order was wrong because the website description was wrong, the stories go on and on..... Will never go back. Infact, I feel like I am owed a refund.

Dirty

We have gone through VRBO to book our vacations for many years. I have never had to write a bad review, but this place was extremely dirty. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed were the stains all over the carpet, and then the smashed up potato chips all over the living room floor. So it was not vacuumed before we arrived. The refrigerator had crumbs, and lettuce leaves inside. The microwave had food splattered all over the inside, and the inside of the door was smeared with food, not sure if it was an attempt to clean. The master bedroom had Nerds candy spilled on the floor, empty soap wrappers on the bathroom floor from the people who were there before us, and neither of the toilets had been cleaned for quite some time. The toilets both had a black ring around the inside. I reached out to Vacasa as soon as we saw the condition of our room. They didn't get back with us until the next day. They apologized, "We're sorry that the cleanliness of the home was not as you had expected". Then five days later they sent me a text, and refunded me $84.00 for my inconvenience. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Elevators

No major complaints except there are only 2 elevators for the entire unit and access to them was a nightmare at checkout. Were there for a holiday weekend and elevator availability was hindered by constant usage by incoming cleaning crews and severe lack of luggage carts. Were on floor 2 and every elevator headed down was packed full of folks from upper floors, so we eventually had to get on an upward bound elevator and ride all the back down (while stopping at EVERY floor and doors opening to masses waiting to board). Literally was a 30 minute process.
