Enjoy our beautiful and spacious home for your next Colorado mountain vacation. Our home features 6 bedrooms plus 1 additional bonus bedroom and 2 separate living areas with kitchens, making it an ideal getaway for multiple families, private events and reunions.

The home is nestled in a peaceful and tranquil woods, just minutes from the world class Winter Park & Mary Jane ski resorts as well as many summer and winter activities. This destination is perfect for those who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golfing, boating or fishing in the summer or skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, tubing or snowmobiling in the winter. Centrally located in Fraser, this location also provides access to shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Relax in our large private hot tub or cozy up by the fireplace. Enjoy our many amenities such as 6 TV’s including a 100” 3D HD projector screen, all complete with cable channels and your own personal smart device. We also have high-speed WiFi. Our home has 2 separate living areas complete with a custom made shuffleboard table and plenty of games for everyone.

Our home features 6 Bedrooms plus an additional Bonus Bedroom, and 4.5 Bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have King Beds, including the Primary Bedroom. Our Primary Bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub. In addition, we have 2 more Bedrooms with King Beds, 2 more bedrooms with Queen Beds, a “Bonus Bedroom” with 2 more Queen Beds (ideal for younger guests) as well as a Bunk Room with 2 Full-over-Full Bunk Beds and an additional Twin Bed (perfect for kids!). We also have a pull out couch.

In addition to the 2 living areas, we have a fully stocked kitchen and kitchenette, a wine fridge, and seating for the whole group between our dining room table and 2 counters. The kitchens both contain all of the appliances, dishes and utensils that you will need, including coffee makers, pots & pans, crockpot, blenders, mixers and bakeware. The chef in your group can absolutely whip up a large gourmet meal with everything we’ve included for you.

We have a private and amazing large deck, perfect for entertaining, as well as an 8-person hot tub. The hot tub is serviced locally for every guest stay. We also have a gas grill along with grilling utensils.

We keep the house stocked with plenty of extra towels for everyone and have included extra towels for the hot tub. We also have a large capacity washer & dryer in our Mudroom for your convenience.
Our home has an attached oversized two-car garage with plenty of additional parking in our large driveway. We have a snow plow service that regularly clears our snow after big storms.

We will consider your pets for a fee of $25 per pet per night – usually it is just small, well-trained dogs. Please reach out or message us if you plan to bring a pet and we can discuss this further.

Our home is located in the beautiful Meadowridge neighborhood which backs up to countless miles and hundreds of acres of bike/hike/snowshoe trails 200 yards from our door.

We do request nightly minimums, but are open to shorter stays so please reach out if you have questions. If staying mid-week, shorter visits (1 night to 2 nights) will work. For dates during peak summer and winter seasons, 3 nights is the minimum. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks may require a 4-5 night minimum.

Family vacation
Had a great time in Winter Park with our family of 20. There were beds for everyone and enough space for everyone without being in each others way. Kitchen well supplied. Nice view of mountains from deck. Plenty of parking. Swati was prompt in getting back to us on any questions or problems. Plenty of variety of things to do in Winter Park and surrounding areas. 10 of our group was the first time in Colorado so it was a special time for all!

Great for groups!
15 of us stayed in this house and had plenty of room. The basement is huge and it was fun to watch basketball games on the large TV. I do wish the upstairs living area was larger but we made it work. The property is beautiful and an easy drive to WP. Side note: Our cars have 4 wheel drive and snow tires so we were able to make it into the neighborhood. The plows came on Saturday but Friday evening was quite a challenge. Make sure your cars are snow ready!

This property was wonderful! Even in preparation for the trip, Swati was quick to answer all of my questions. The house and property is beautiful, and the hot tub was a popular spot for everyone! The house was fantastic and had great accommodations for our family. We hosted with 3 other family and friends and everyone had space. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Great house. Can fit many with lots of beds. A bit of a problem with the number of bathrooms but it’s doable. . Very clean, kitchen is extremely well stocked, even has essentials left over from other renters. Property is private, and comfortable. Host was always available.

This was a great space for our group of 10 celebrating a 50th birthday! A few things could be improved (better lighting in down stairs bathroom and propane for the grills) but otherwise we were very impressed with how everything you could want or need was there. We had an awesome weekend at this house located in Fraser. The home was extremely close to town to enjoy all Winter Park/Fraser have to offer. It comfortably fit a large group which included young children. Hot tub fit plenty of people and experienced no issues. The host is extremely responsive as well!

Perfect mountain house
The location and property could not have been better. We had a reunion with my parents, all my siblings, and our kids. We all fit comfortably, had enough space to find a place to hang out while young kids were sleeping, and just had a ball. The views while taking a walk around the neighborhood were incredible, and it was such a short drive to winter park resort for the day we hung out there. (There’s even a grocery store right down the street!) We spent almost a whole day having a shuffleboard tournament in the basement when the rain cancelled our hike. Swati was quick to respond to any questions we had, the house was clean and well stocked- really everything about staying here went smoothly. If you love spending time in the Rockies, I highly recommend staying here!

The location was very good. Hse very adequate for our family of 11 adults and 2 children. The smoke detectors were outdated and went off. Maybe a little more cleaning would have been nice, wood floor was quite dirty, the grill we had to clean before we could use it and the table on the patio had to be cleaned before we could use it. Very well equipped with most anything you could need. Hot tub was very nice. We had a medical emergency and had to leave early was our only regret. We had to call the host and he responded immediately, we arrived 1 hr. Early and they let us go in ahead of time.

Amazing house, amazing hosts, just needs some maintenance
AMAZING HOUSE. Checking in with Swati was a pice of cake and the hosts look like amazing people. The only inconveniences we had were, 1) the BBQ grills were all rusty or really dirty, had to use a smaller spare one in the garage that was dusty. 2) The heating for the basement didn't work properly, fortunately there were a couple small heaters downstairs that helped but there were not enough for heating all the rooms at the same time. 3) The bathroom of the bunk beds was falling apart. Some maintenance should do the trick. BUT ON THE PLUS SIDE! The kitchen was staffed with plenty of ingredients, the hot tub was just perfect and the cinema was amazing! Thank you Swati for accommodating all of our requests, not a single one was left unanswered!

We enjoyed this property and it was perfect for us online but when we got there, we didn't know that with one of the ro pool ms you have to walk through another to get to it, but we made it work. The rental experience was great and the communication was fantastic. Thanks for the opportunity.
