The room was too small to accommodate the pull out sofa that we needed. The common areas were dirty with trash overflowing the trash cans and there was trash in the elevators. The lobby area is very small and too small to accommodate the groups that arrived making it difficult to simply walk through the lobby.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The guy with the dreads suggested I try a restaurant downtown and it was definitely a good place.

I"ve been coming here for four years and watched the hotel go into steady decline; it's time for some updates; my room had a musty smell. The pull out sofa is stained and worn, I wouldn't sit on it or have anyone sleep on it; I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. The refrigerator had mildew at the bottom. No free breakfast, No microwave in room.

Convenient location to down town cherry st. Love the Starbucks!!! The room was clean, everything was great except for the sofa.. it had severe stain on it to the point that i wouldnt sit on it without a towel. Service is great
