This comfortable 3 Bedrooms Basement unit with separate entrance and no interferance can accomodate 6 guests. Each bedroom comes with Queen size bed,.a 32 in Smart TV with access to high speed internet. The living room has a 65" smart TV, a couch and love seat. There is a dinning for 6, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, a fridge and apartment size dishwasher. There are other amenities to give you a feel of Home Away from home such as towels, iron and ironing board, soap, hair Dryer. The location is a quiet upper middle class of Waverley and only 5 minutes drive to University of Manitoba and the Blue Bomber Stadium. The location is 5 minutes to Pembina Hyway with lots of restaurants and recreational facilities.

Great stay, very roomy and the beds are so nice. We were a group of three and we all had our own room and bed, and all slept great. The owner is very accommodating and was immediately responsive when we had questions. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable
Place was clean and well maintained. Beds in all rooms were very comfortable. Good place to stay if your just looking for a place to sleep. Kitchen was too small and inadequately stocked with cooking supplies for any food prep. Bathroom is small but adequate. Only had three towels and we had had five adults booked in. Arrival instructions were very confusing.

Booked the place for 6 adults on Expedia, paid the said amount a couple weeks in advanced. But 2 hours before checking in, was told that only 3 adults are covered and I had to pay an extra $240 for the other 3 adults. That was not stated on Expedia nor did I get any notification from the host. !!I wouldn’t have booked if I knew this!! I didn’t get any form of contact from the host or app that this amount was due! The place was advertised as TWO bathrooms, it only had one. As we were packing for checkout, the pup we brought was questioned as to why I didn’t state we’d bring a pet. Yet the ad said pet friendly.(it might be my mistake, but all other places I’ve booked that are listed as PET FRIENDLY didn’t question the pet afterwards.) then when we left the place clean and even threw out the garbage, we were questioned about the specs of blood on one of the sheets. Explained that the specs came from my brother’s neck eczema but the host demanded a reimbursement to replace the sheets. I wish I took a pic of the sheet bc it wasn’t even enough seep through.
