This 82’ waterfront property provides an infinite view of Lake Erie, Ohio & Michigan. Jump off the dock into the lake, direct access to the lake from our private boat ramp.
The conservation Marsh on the other side.

Sit back and listen to the crash of waves, stargazing at night and enjoy different wildlife in different seasons.

Very nice stay
The cottage was very nice and owner responded to our questions very quickly. Hiking trails and restaurants nearby. Amazing location!! Posting did not state that the loft is being rented out as well. Luckily our neighbours were quiet and respectful.

Wonderful property!
The property was clean and newly renovated. Furnishings and decorations were tastefully done. What doesn't come through in the property profile is the breathtaking views. You'll feel like you stepped into a picture! And the neighboring houses with their manicured lawns and quirky gardens only add to the charm of the special location.

House was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Our kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming. The host responded to any questions we had within minutes. We appreciated the great communication. The only thing we wished the house had was access to a washer and dryer.

70th Birthday gig.
Inside house was super clean , owner was communicating very well , not a fan of sharing property with the unit above garage the folks we shared with were very nice , I explained we were having a party on the Sunday afternoon they were fine , that aspect needs to be better understood online to better accommodate the sharing situation….the yard should be cleaned up overall especially (big garden box ) east side of yard , view of sunset was great , dock was fantastic for kids to jump in the water similar to owner pics on VRBO.

Shared backyard
House was relatively clean. Stovetop, oven and living room tub chairs could use a very good cleaning. All other rooms were immaculate Disappointing to find 30 year old bbq inoperable primarily due to previous guest misuse. We were fortunate to have the entire house to ourselves however had the attached loft been rented the backyard would be shared between 2 renters. This was not clear in the way the property was described. We wouldn’t recommend this location to a young family. Neighbouring towns and wineries are a short drive.

Should be clearer on ad that this is just not one house your renting, there is a loft that could be rented out at the same time and you would have to share the backyard. I went online and couldn't see it anywhere. It all worked out in the end though.

We stayed in this property for the last weekend in May, 2022, Being very satisfied with all the thing provided. It locates right by Lake Erie, has great viewing, convenient to Point Pelee national park, Amherstburg and Windsor. It is very clean and well maintained and comfortable. The Host is nice and responded to our questions in very quick way. We will recommend to our friends in future definitely.

Wonderful lakefront cottage experience
The property was just as advertised with plenty of space for our group of two couples. It was ideally located to explore the Lake Erie North Shore wineries. The kitchen was well-stocked, which can be an issue with some rentals. Check-in was a breeze, the house was clean and cozy, and we loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. The neighbours were friendly and Tim was a great host.
