"True hidden Gem. My wife and I travel a lot and typically stay in bed and breakfasts, and this was one of our favorites in the northeast. Fantastic breakfast was an added bonus. The owner, Penny, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough positive things about our stay!"

(She graciously helped me again as I was leaving.) I climbed 18 steps & entered to find the place as described in the listing.
