A Family Favorite
This owner is great to work with and we have enjoyed staying at his property year after year. This property and its location right on the lake is a perfect place for our family. It has wonderful amenities and the right space for all of us. It is the perfect place for swimming, fishing, boating, and family games. Our nephew (age 6) says it is the best week of the year!

We absolutely loved this place
We can up to celebrate a 50th bday at the Jack Daniels distillery. We had an amazing time the house was perfect and really enjoyed the dock we could jump off to swim. Daniel was a perfect host.

Lovely Staycation
I celebrated my birthday over Labor Day weekend with some friends. The house was more than enough space to host a fun weekend and was just so lovely. There were a lot of spiderwebs in the outdoor areas so beware, and I would highly recommend renting out some boating equipment to make the most out of your stay! The owner was incredibly communicate and very friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Great property
Our stay at the home was amazing. When we opened the door the first thing you see is the amazing view of the lake. The home had a ton of space, a ton of beds and a ton of bathrooms. We enjoyed our time using the paddle boats and is only 15mins away from Tim’s ford marina where we rented a boat to go on the lake. We did so many activities, from hanging on the lake, to going to Winchester ( had some great coffee there ) to going to visit the Jack Daniels distillery . It was a ton of fun. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pizza oven but that will be used during the next time we visit. We all thought this house was amazing and can’t wait to visit again.!

Kitchen was amazing!
We enjoyed our stay and loved cooking in the amazing kitchen. It was still alittle cool outside so didn’t get to enjoy the lake that much but loved the pizza oven. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars on cleanliness was the floors needed to be mopped and rugs vacuumed and outside furniture was so dirty couldn’t sit on them. The view was wonderful and house was large enough for all of us. We would like to visit again!

The house was very nice, all beds slept well,, a lot of neat gathering areas! The kids just loved the paddle boats and water, swam ,, just enjoyed the amazing view. Would definitely recommend for large family gatherings.

We had a wonderful stay at the Vrbo. We loved how unique each room was with a different theme. The house was so big and so fun with all the decks and floors. The lake was gorgeous and serene. This house was perfect for our weekend getaway!

Lovely house!
The house is gorgeous and perfect for large groups! We had seven adults, and it was great. It was super clean, and the views are lovely. Make sure to bring shampoo, soap, etc as there wasn't any in the showers. Note that one of the queen beds is in a lofted area on the top floor-not in an enclosed bedroom. The master bathroom is stunning! The kitchen is ideal for cooking with a large group. We loved it! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Please note that one of the next door neighbors gets upset easily over any kind of noise and isn't afraid to let you know. Tread lightly with him. Overall, it's an awesome house. We'd love to return for another stay!

Great house for bringing friends or family together!
Perfect space for any season to share time and fun. The multi levels give everyone their own spaces but still bring everyone into one space for food and fun. Highly recommend d and host is attentive to details and super responsive.

Great indoor/outdoor vacation spot
We had 3 families stay here (6 Adults 4 kids) for Labor Day weekend. The house was clean and had everything you would expect (and more) in a vacation rental home. We could tell that the owner really put a lot of time and effort to make the guests feel comfortable and have everything they need. Communication with the owner was great. The outdoor spaces were probably my favorite with the steam shower a close second :). The kids had a great time jumping off the dock, playing ping pong, and board games. Thanks for the memories! We had a great time!!!

We truly Enjoyed our time at this eclectic Home on Tim’s Ford! The amazing views from each level of the home and chef’s kitchen which included a nugget ice maker, two dish washers and an amazing stove with built in griddle, were the most appealing part of this home.
