"I recently stayed at the best western plus Newark and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing exceptional service that made the stay feel special, I forgot my toothbrush and they provided and breakfast was really good. The cleanliness of the facilities was good. The only issue I encountered was the need for improved air quality or refreshed rugs in the room, as there was a slight mustiness that detracted from the otherwise pristine environment....
