We were lead to believe this was the nicest place in Willits. So I expected it would be really nice, instead it was old, rundown and a big disappointment. Even their breakfast buffet was minimal. For the money, I would stay elsewhere in town next time.

The staff at this property were above and beyond amazing. I’m long overdue in submitting this review, so I have forgotten their names; however, each person we encountered at check in and check out were exceptionally friendly and made us feel special. There were ants in our room, I ended up having to get rid of half of our snacks.

Don’t be fooled. This place is clean and it maybe old but the rooms are really well kept up. Not much to do or eat around there but it’s a good spot to crash. Staff was cool.

The stay was ok. What is NOT ok with me is that you no longer have a rewards system! I have been a customer of Hotels.com for many years and previously you offered one free hotel night after 8 stays. NOW I earn a measly $2-$3 dollars with one stay. I have had at least 8 stays and have only earned $22. REDICULOUS!! I will NO longer be using Hotels.com!

there was a yellow jacket nest at the pool and the lobby (near pool) did not have a bathroom for families. When asked for a downstairs room, due to my mobility issues, i was told, ¨nothing was available in my pay rate."Many rooms on the ground level went unused that evening. other than that.....the room was clean, bed was comfortable and water pressure good! will not stay here again.

I went to get in the hot tub and it was cold and the pool was freezing. I was out in the hot tub for about 20 minutes before someone came out and finally turned it on and it took about 25 minutes to warm to a lukewarm bath temp. I picked the hotel so I could swim and sit in the hot tub, but I was disappointed by the experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
I had a crew of 8 men staying here. Upon arrival the rooms were not clean, the bedding hadn't been washed, and the doors were not working correctly and would not shut. The owner/manager would not provide a solution or move them to different rooms. My crews left to stay elsewhere, Upon departure, the hotel charged each of my guys $800 EACH!!!! Horrible Experience. The owner should be in a different line of work. No sense of customer service. We paid well over $5 GRAND for these rooms!! And that is how they were treated. Unbelievable.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but this stay was awful! The 2 over worked girls at the front desk were so kind, hard working, and put up with far too much from the owner. We were staying for a wedding that had rented approximately 2/3 of the rooms at the hotel. Several people from our group witnessed the owner yelling at employees at different times, making them very uncomfortable. All of the rooms were run down with A/C, fridge or microwave issues. The beds were HARD. While the house keeping was done well, cleaning can’t fix the peeling paint and worn out carpeting. A friend came to our room because their toilet was backed up. They could not get anyone to answer the phone and the office doors were locked. We allowed them to use ours. Where things took a horrible turn- The bride and groom arrived wanting to check in and were locked out of the office and no one answered the doorbell or phones! The groom knocked loudly hoping someone inside would hear him. Eventually the owner woke up and angrily came down. Instead of being apologetic for potentially ruining their wedding night, he screamed at the groom that he must be drunk knocking like that and would call the police on them! Friends smoothed things over, and my husband let the owner know of the toilet issue in the other guests room. Instead of fixing it himself, he handed my husband a plunger to deal with it! I can’t believe we spent $200 a night for this treatment!
