Was a nice stay just a shame that we decided to stay another night called reception to try and rebook the same room save the full cleaning and bottle of wine etc was told it would cost a lot extra then thru app due to getting an upgrade because of my expedia loyalty as we got a balcony uograde room. So booked online only to have to leave the hotel till we could check in again rebook deposit etc even after explaining. We received another bottle of wine and NOT the upgraded room. No biggie just a little meh on the radar. Or maybe it was lucky the first night. Overall nice hotel clean welcoming staff

Security. Spacious appartment. Great amenities. Excellent Wifi. Excellent location this is a fantastic appartment for larger families (5-6 people) looking for somewhere nice to stay. Will definitely be booking again.

The room was spectacular and had the best views. We requested early checkin by 12 and when we arrived we were greeted so nicely and was given an earlier checkin at 11am. The valet service to the room was amazing. We had the best time and service. We will definitely be back and we will recommend to others.

This was the best place to stay in Melbourne. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful and friendly and efficient. Public transport conveniently close. Lovely historical building.
