I like the staff they were very helpful and patient. I didn’t like that the outlets (on the lamp base) were unable to keep my device charged because the outlets were loose ( updated lamps might help), the wi-fi internet service was very slow and when I tried to turn my heater up higher it stayed in the auto mode. Otherwise, I would stay again in the future. I forgot to mention another good like for me was the breakfast bar, it stayed plentiful of food choices and it was well kept.

The LaQuinta, Williamsburg is perfectly located to be convenient to everything the area has to offer, especially Colonial Williamsburg. Though the physical plant has been in service for many years, it seems to be well maintained and has a fresh appearance. It offered an excellent value. All staff members were very courteous and eager to please. Our stay was everything we could ask for.

I felt like the property needed seating outside so the smokers can have a place to sit and enjoy the nice weather. I did have a problem with my room I had to call the front desk and have house keepers come in and vacuum my room because it was food on the floor

Location very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg - the reason for our trip. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and accommodating. some renovation is necessary. We stayed on the top floor - the ceiling was peeling, apparently after a leak. Also there was a water puddle beside the HAVAC unit despite the fact that we did not use it. The bathtub needs replacing or at least resurfacing, it looks rather disgusting. But despite all these shortcomings we were happy and comfortable.

Checked in after bowling tournament, first room was filthy. Tub had a ring of dirt around the tub, sheets were covered with hair. Complained to the front desk and his response was our housekeeper called out.

facility was dirty. dust on everything, smudges on windows and mirrors from fingers of past guests. stains on sheets, towels and chairs. dining area was dirty, layers of dirt in corners and sticky surfaces. it looked like all that was done was changing linens and a quick wipe of table tops, no actual cleaning. not to mention the past guests dirty sheets were still piled up in the hallway outside of our door when we arrived even though we arrived well after the arrival time. No temperature control over water in shower also, goes from scalding hot to cold to hot to cold with no warning, impossible to get a nice shower in instead you have to rush a fast shower trying not to burn yourself.

Worst place I have ever stayed! There were stained bed sheets, frayed lamp cords, stained tub and mildewed shower head just to name the worst. The staff was disinterested, there was no ice machine on my floor and internet was spotty. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again and will certainly pass the word.

I had a situation while being there. The hotel got on fire, I believe in some rooms only because I have not seem anything but we all had to stay in the lobby while the fire people was taking care of it. It was 32F outside, super late in the night and I had to leave early in the morning. The situation surely did not made the best of it, and probably it would have been better experience without that.

No heat or working HDMI
The first time we checked in the heat was broken so we had to walk all the way from the 3rd floor for a new room. Then once we got the new room we find out that the TV was broke and apparently there TV doesn't support HDMI but have the ports for them so I called the front desk guy and he got very rude and smart saying he called IT and it's nothing he can do about it they wouldn't offer us a refund. Being that it was a snow storm we stayed and waited until it stopped and left at 345am. I'm not saying it's a horrible hotel because it was clean but if you're looking to hookup a fire stick or anything that takes HDMI i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Horrendous Stay
We had to go through 4 rooms before finally having a suitable room. The first room bathroom ceiling was covered in Mold. The second room; The heater malfunctioned and began to smell and smoke profusely, the third room; No heat and we weren’t about to even wait on it to kick in like we did in the second room. Finally the fourth room was more comfortable other than the toilet would not flush appropriately.
