"This was a great location in a nice neighborhood for our trips to Palo Duro canyon. It had a washer and a dryer, which was a great plus for our Texas roadtrip. Unfortunately the place was not very clean (stains on the chairs that we had to clean before we sat on them), dusty top of the fridge that we had to wash before we put cereals on it. When we moved the couch we found trash, bottles and used napkins, so obviously the cleaning there is not being done properly."

"Stopped here between Colorado and Dallas with my husband and son. I was almost sad that our son is in college and did not fully appreciate the play set in the backyard, or the cool bunk bed in one of the guest rooms. We also didn’t have time to enjoy the gym and the sauna. However, the place is cozy and clean, the host communicates with you, and the beds are soooo comfortable!So… here is my advice to you… Bring your kids and leave time for a workout. This place is great."

"We were pleased with all aspects of the property. It appears to be maintained very well and was nicely equipped beyond what we normally see in VRBOs. The place was very clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed and more. I had a need to contact the owners and they were very responsive and even gave me a call to sort out the issue which was promptly handled. We were just there for one night but would definitely stay here again on our next trip. "

My family drives to Colorado from Louisiana a few times a year, and this house has made it to our short list of places to stay on our stop for some much needed rest and recharge.
