"We have been on go here lately and needed a bit of a reset. This cabin was just that. Perfect, cozy, well equipped with kitchen utensils and towels. The hot tub we used often and enjoyed just sitting on the deck listening to the birds. We walked through the neighborhood and went on a hike at beavers bend state park. Great getaway. Would definitely recommend. "

"Loved the cabin. Perfect for a couple. We loved the lower deck overlooking the River! The cabin has everything you need. The bathroom mirror is lighted and you can dim it to adjust the best lighting while doing your makeup. The kayaks are easy enough to access and a short walk. However, I would not recommend unless you are pretty experienced. There was a lot of rain in the area and the River was flowing. My guy was able to get across, but I just couldn’t. "The house had everything we needed and was very clean, great setup for groups with small kids. Tons of room outside to explore and play. The long dirt road to get to the house was rough. 15-20 minute drive on the dirt for to get to HWY 259. Night one the upstairs AC went out and they sent maintenance, but he couldn't fix it. The AC man arrived the next day and got it fixed quickly. The hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned, it was cloudy and we ran out of chemicals to add to it each day."
