“We had an amazing few days! The property is very peaceful. The house is very open and was a breath up fresh air! Loved the hot tub as well. Well stocked with towels, soaps, and toilet paper. The trains that come through are different at first, but become very much part of the atmosphere after night one if you are not used to them. Our first night back home we actually missed them! Just minutes away from Rock City and Ruby Falls and lots of great places to eat, which is what we went for. Had a……

“The unit was very clean and exactly as described. The parking was an issue and there were multiple vehicles parked in the alley way by the door to enter which made it hard for bringing things in and out. Communication with owner was great. ”

“Cons: Busy railroad right next to the campground. Difficult sharp / steep turn off a busy road getting into the place (larger vehicles beware. Saw a pickup truck have to back up and try again)Pros: Mostly clean. Enough space for a long weekend. Attached hot tub. Minutes from Ruby Falls / Lookout Mountain / Rock City. We stayed in the Papa cabin which seemed to be the only one in the entire grounds with a 45 degree inclined driveway. A few others weren't flat, but if there was rain we wouldn't……

“Very clean, open, spacious and loved the decor. Kitchenette was nice and appreciated the pitcher of filtered drinking water. Bed was very comfy with nice linens. The bathroom layout is also great and has separate room for tub/shower. Location worked well and had everything we needed for our short stay. We enjoyed this beautiful studio while visiting Sewanee and will book again!”
