"The home had beautiful views and everything was clean and neat with few exceptions. It was well stocked with necessary supplies like toilet paper, towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Would not recommend it for someone with a walker or in a cast as all bedrooms are upstairs and has entryway stairs to the main floor. Overall a great place and amazing communication! "

The house had many nice accessories and the owners made you feel very welcome, treating you to nice snacks and treats. "The biggest problem we had was the property description on VRBO was not accurate. Instead of 3 queen size beds a futon and a spa tub, the property had 2 full size beds and 2 full size futons and a small shower. However, as you read through the description you noticed this. "We stayed at Mike’s lake house for 4 days and it was great! The place was very clean and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The house is the last one on a private road so there was an unobstructed view of the lake. Although we did not take advantage of it, there is a sizable deck and outdoor grill that would be perfect in the warmer weather. The house was a short ride to downtown Ann Arbor which was perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!"

"Beautiful view across lake to park! Clean house and plenty of amenities! Huge plus to staying here as a family was having three bedrooms so everyone had their own room and 2 and a half bathrooms! Would highly recommend this place! Only thing is to be careful if sitting in the rocking chairs outside by the fire pit… they look pretty but we sat in one and leaned back to relax and the chair filled over backwards!"

"We had a wonderful visit to this sweet little cottage. The property was beautiful and the hosts supplied kayaks, a paddle boat and a pontoon boat for an extra charge. We had plenty of comfortable chairs for visiting family. The inside was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And, most of all the hosts were gracious, attentive to our needs and just great folks all around. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it!!!"

"Nice four night stay. About 15 minutes from Ann Arbor. We went to University of Michigan football game and easy to get in and get out from this area. House exactly as pictured and host has thought of everything one would need to fully feel at home here. Beautiful lake views from inside. Lovely area. Lots of leaf burning the entire time which was unfortunate as we couldn’t really enjoy being outside but that is just this time of year. Would definitely stay again. "

Was a little worried at first with all the info and copies of documents needed to be sent online ahead of arrival, but realized it was all the usual documents you would show in person, if there was in-person check-in.
