I had a nightmare stay at this property and cannot recommend it to anyone. When we arrived, the house was infested with flies—buzzing and dropping dead in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It was disgusting and completely uninhabitable. We tried to reach a specialist immediately, but they were unhelpful and clueless about the refund process. They assured us that a “local” representative would contact us, but no one ever did.
With no assistance and nowhere else to go, we had to sleep in the car overnight. The next day, we found alternative accommodations at additional cost. Throughout this ordeal, I continuously reached out to the company via phone, text, and chat, only to get the same canned response: “Someone from the local team will get back to you.” The chat representatives couldn’t even spell correctly, adding to the frustration. I kept receiving generic messages asking how my stay was and inviting me to leave a review, while no one addressed the serious issue at hand.
To make matters worse, I still haven’t heard from anyone on the local team, and there’s been no word about a refund. I didn’t spend a single night in that fly-infested, smelly house. Avoid this property and the platform at all costs—they do not care about customer service or resolving serious issues.
