Westshore Pet-friendly Hotel

"We enjoyed our stay there. There wasn’t a lot of close walking things to do. But we knew that. The airport shuttle was cut off at 10pm despite me telling the hotel what time I would be there. my plane arrived and I was ready to go to the hotel about 10 PM And they told me the person went home. I let them know ahead of time that I would need transportation, and they didn’t hold someone for me. Otherwise hotel is very nice and we would probably stay there again."

"toilet backed up 4 times and overflowed and they didn’t offer us another room or a credit. Maintenance said this room constantly has problems. Other than that the room was very nice. "

"Everything was wonderful until about 11:00 pm when the air conditioner start to make banging noises at 20 minute intervals. It would only stop if turned off and unfortunately if we did that then the room was hotter than blue hell. My husband and I did not get much sleep. I told the woman at the front desk about the problem when I checked out. An offer of discount would’ve been nice…."

"It was a good place to stay for the game. Not too far from the stadium. The shuttle service and shuttle drivers were great. One of the issues we had was the waiter/bartender in the restaurant was working by himself. So it was hard to get food and drinks at a reasonable time. There are some areas of the hotel that need to be fixed or upgraded. Our bathroom had no vent fan. So every time we took a shower the ceiling was moist. And the handle for the hot water in the bathroom sink was not...
